About Me

So you really want to know about me, huh?

Really, once upon a time about 29 years or so ago in 1970, the birth of a new lil' black baby girl had finally arrived! She was so precious but was born with jaundice and very delicate and small. Since her lil' liver wasn't functioning too well the doctors were certain she would need a blood transfusion but low and behold and many prayers from her parents, family and their friends, she got better in only a few days and her doting parents were able to bring her home to see her 4 other siblings. She was the last of the bunch and was brought up in love, she was taught about her creator and taught how to be a strong, sweet and loving individual.

The teenage years brought on their troubles and the early twenties brought on some tough decisions but through it all she remained strong, through all her ups and downs she remained sweet and through all the grief and through all the pain and stress she remained a loving individual who is looking forward to much better days to come. She is a writer, a poet, a servant, a loyal friend, she is content and peaceful, in this crazy crazy world she will always be............(insert my real name here)

Well let's see. First of all I was born and raised. Second of all I have grown up knowing that this world is designed to slow us down and that there is a wicked spirit person (along with his demons) who is at fault and it's not God, it's the devil Satan himself who is at fault. But don't worry in due time he will be destroyed by the true God (Jehovah) and cut off from continuing to drag mankind down.......it's all true and it's all in the Bible.

Now that I have rambled a bit I will continue telling you about myself:

I come from a family of 5, me being the youngest and I have many nieces and nephews. One of my nephews, I am proud to say is coming out with a book of poetry soon and has had his material read by Maya Angelou herself and she loved it!!!!! He is also featured in this month's (my very own) Intellect, Style and Grace Poetry Page! Check it out!!

I was raised by two wonderful and faithful servants of Jehovah, my mom and dad! I have no children right now but hey, you never know. In fact I love children and would love to be a mother some day, although bringing up a child in this world is not something to consider, if Jah allowed for me to have a child or children after I am married of course, I'm sure with his help I (we) would do just fine.

I am tall enough I laugh a lot

I am woman enough I talk a lot

I weigh enough I write a lot

I am tough enough I read a lot

I love music and I do have favorite artists, Prince (glad he changed his name back for crying out loud!) being my number one favorite. I truly love Chante Moore's voice, Lenny Kravitz is the man, Eric Benet (his significant other Halle Berry also has her own web site which is as cute as a button!) throws out some smooth jams, Maxwell is a wonder and that's actual and factual, Eric Leeds blows my mind, Eryka Badu has a sound so true, David Sanbourne sure can blow that horn! I love old school music, some classical and Jazz always soothes my soul.

I used to work for a Dental company as a Sales Associate and have been to many cities, studied a lot of techniques and products and believe me when I tell you this: DO NOT BE A YUCK MOUTH!!! SAVE THE TEETH YOU HAVE!! GET REGULAR DENTAL CHECK UPS!! BRUSH 3 TIMES A DAY AND FLOSS EVERYDAY!! CHANGE YOUR TOOTH BRUSH 1 TIME EVERY 4 MONTHS!! KEEP A LID ON YOUR TOOTH BRUSH WHEN NOT IN USE!! AND IF YOU HAVE UNCONTROLLABLE HALITOSIS GET THEM GUMS CHECKED OUT AS WELL AS YOUR HEALTH. Don't get caught out in public with a Gold Tooth Smile! Especially when you have friends that remember when you used to have your own teeth.

Having been in the Dental Industry sort-of-speak has taught me a lot about oral health so I am just passing on some information to you. You will have to take care of the rest. Now I left that job mainly because it was too stressful for me and I had wanted to be able to work part-time and regular auxiliary pioneer....well that was the plan anyway but I did get that full-time paying, good benefits part-time job I wanted!! With much prayer to Jehovah along with his help and blessings I hope to have that goal in the bag in the near future!

My personality? Spiritual, Spontaneous, Loving, Humorous, Intense, Easy to talk to, A little bit lazy, Sometimes sensitive, Considerate and Loyal.

Let's see what else can I tell you without telling you my whole life story or any more personal information you do not need to know.......hmmm...let's see. Well I guess that's about it!
